Love this place. Have to get to know the staff. Most of them have been actively working in this location for over 6 years. Michael, Junior, Jeff, John are really helpful

UNRELIABLE, BAD COMMUNICATION, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work in weddings and events. This is my worst experience in 8 years of being a floral designer. I will not use this company again. There was 0 communication when a large order for a wedding did not come in on Thursday (Saturday Wedding). It took me having to arrive in person to be told my flowers were not coming in. They know at 6am what comes in and I arrived at 9:30am. There was plenty of time for an email, text, call, etc. Poor communication caused me tolls, time, and cancelation fees for the designers scheduled that day on top of not being able to make any progress. The next morning I was told my flowers should arrive, I drove back a second time only to find out they were not there. Without my permission they were sent to our studio address where there was no one to receive them because I had made it clear I was picking up in person. They wasted hours and sent strange emails saying they had 0 accountability with “…” after every line. I was extremely dissatisfied with this experience and the lack of consideration for putting me in the weeds. The last straw was when they started running my card for over $1k of orders tha

The most disrespectful wholesaler I’ve ever encountered. I was put on hold by 4 different individuals totaling over 40 minutes while still on the other line to be told that I was never put on hold to answer a yes or no question. One man picked up and yelled at me repeatedly “What’s the name of your business” aggressively and unnecessarily… UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL CONDESENDING RUDE AGGRESSIVE EMPLOYEES INDIVIDUALS WHO INFORMED ME THAT THEY ARE PAID POORLY and Therefore WILL GIVE ME POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EXCHANGE.

I’ve conducted my business with MWF for many years. I have always found satisfaction in all my purchases no mater the season. Junior and the staff there have always shown professionalism and great customer service. Thank you for all your help Keep up the good work! 🙏

I am owner of The Botanical Box and we use Main Wholesale for a majority of our flowers. Our sales rep, Jeff, is the best! He always makes sure we have what we need for our events. The quality of flowers from Main is always great (and on the rare occassion that something isn't up to their high standards, they are quick to make it right). We could not do our business without them!
